The Smiling Coast Foundation is a Gambian nonprofit organization dedicated to increasing local access to education and basic resources. Our focus is not only to ensure quality education and skill growth for Gambian people but also to provide access to sustainable food and resource accumulation for those most vulnerable in a developing country.

The Smiling Coast Foundation is achieving more with our initiatives than ever before. We work on many exciting projects to help improve the lives of of our fellow Gambians, and we are very proud of the progress we continue to make. Smiling Coast activities are varied and multidimensional. The foundation is focused on all forms and aspects of education, such as vocational education and training, helping to revive “The Roots Festival” to educate people about their culture, implementing cultural tourism as outreach to the Diaspora and spreading awareness about eliminating sex trafficking.
