Our focus is not only to ensure quality education and skill growth for Gambian people but also to provide access to sustainable food and resource accumulation for those most vulnerable in a developing country.

Bubacarr Manneh is the founder and CEO of the Smiling Coast Foundation. Graduate of the American University with a degree in Human Resources, he has dedicated his career to helping Gambian to achieve their full potential.

Charmaine Minniefield is the visual artist activist, founder of the New Freedom Project. Her public art initiatives and creative practice address social justice issues around race and erasure. She is based in both Atlanta, Georgia in the US and in The Gambia, where she continues to research the origins of her cultural identity
